Enrollment Assistance

  • Provide mandated cobra regulation notice to eligible employees
  • Perform follow up verification to employee confirming receipt of notice
  • Receive and process cobra eligible benefit enrollments
  • Accounts receivables for premium payments
  • Monitor and provide late notices
  • Process terminations of cobra defaults and or request for termination
  • Process cobra reinstatements as eligible under cobra
  • Provide monthly reports on cobra activity
